We're currently seeking an experienced Residential Glazier to join our dedicated team in Bellingham, WA. As a fourth-generation family-owned and operated business, Louis Auto Glass takes pride in serving Whatcom, Skagit, and upper Snohomish Counties with unparalleled customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Install replacement windows, IGU’s, and doors in the replacement segment

- Install flat glass, heavy shower enclosures (frameless/framed), and mirrors

- Inspect job materials to ensure correct size and style, and check for any product damage or flaws

- Maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition

- Safely and efficiently use power tools and hand tools

- Communicate with sales, estimators, and customers to ensure job efficiency and satisfaction

- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines

- Maintain accurate paperwork and adhere to high-quality installation standards

- Ensure a clean and well-cared for job site

- Deliver a first-class customer experience and interact with customers in a polite and professional manner

Qualifications:

- 3 years of window, door, and IGU installation experience preferred

- 3 years of flat glass installation experience preferred

- New construction and retrofit experience preferred

- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure and level

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record

- Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more

- Physical ability to work with ladders, scaffolding, and related equipment

- Willingness to work overtime if needed

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Louis Auto Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Louis is a four-generation family-owned and operated company serving Whatcom, Skagit, and upper Snohomish Counties for over 90 years. We pride ourselves on customer service, attention to detail, and providing a product and service that will leave customers pleased long term. This position is the front line in our office - you’ll need clear communication, trustworthiness, and excellent problem-solving skills.

We’re looking for a team player who enjoys a work environment that is filled with variety. Your duties may be similar day-to-day, but every day is a new customer and a new situation to problem solve. 

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

• Prepare paperwork for accounts 
• Provide quotes to customers 
• Answer emails/calls from customers and help with troubleshooting 
• Coordinate vehicle drop off and pick up with customers
• Follow up with customers
• Greet walk-in customers who visit our office and answer questions about auto glass services
